Connor said I was pretty even if..............

  • I have messy hair
  • I don't have nice clothes on
  • I don't have handsome shoes on
  • I don't have fancy pants on (that's my favorite, by the way)
  • I don't have make up on
  • I don't look handsome

because I am a nice person.

Then, I gave him a huge hug and after a while he said, "Mom, you are squeezing me too tight. Can you let go now?"

You guys are so right for loving Brooke like you do. She is by and far the best friend I ever had. She hides a lot of her hurt from the world. Heaven knows I caused a lot of the pain she keeps inside. I'm so glad she has your friendship. And I'm so sorry I let you down so often Brooke. You're the best woman i know. And my heart could never forget you. Never.

Hey Brooke. I don't know if you remember me very well...Ashlee Jensen...I was in your Anatomy class this summer. I just came across your blog again and I was wandering through your posts from months past and I wanted to let you know how truly amazing I think you are. For the short time we did get to talk while in Anatomy you touched me with your story of the trials you are facing and the strength you have while enduring them. I remember coming home from class to tell my husband and family about "this amazing girl I met in anatomy." It's obvious I'm not the only one who has been touched by you...I can see from the many comments....but I just wanted to let you know that there are others like me whom you have also made an impression on. Thank you. P.S. Your boys are totaly adorable!
