Sand Dunes

Check out those awesome dunes! We had a blast this last weekend at Coral Pink with the Nashes! Thanks so much for letting us tag along with you and sorry for making you worry so much about our ride up there!! Ha ha I only broke down in two different vehicles on my way outta town! Third times a charm, right!;) My boss lent me an Excursion and a gas card! We had such a great time and the kids could have just played in the sand and been totally happy!

P.S. funny story.... I got up there pretty late, like after midnight Utah time...I stop at this cabin that had the same looking Excursion as the Nashes..I totally knocked on their door because I could hear the TV on and people talking. I freaked these ladies out and they came to the door pointing a poker from the fireplace at me!!! haha!! That's pretty funny stuff!

the kids were bummed we made them take a break from playing in the sand
Melody tearin it up...she really did peel out pretty good and left some guys in a big dust cloud. I think it was an accident, but it was awesome!

Happy Days

This morning I was making celery and peanut butter for mine & Connor's lunches and when he walked by I said, "Hey, look what I'm making for us!" He told he me didn't like it. I was surprised and said, "But you said you liked it last time." He said, "I know Mom, I'm sorry I lied. I didn't want to hurt your feelings."

The other night after baths, Wyatt wanted me to look at his belly. He has the cutest big belly. I asked him if he was going to have a baby;) Both the boys started crackin up and Connor said, "No Mom! Boys don't have babies. Boys ARE babies. " My thoughts exactly.

Grandparent's Day

Connor's school had a Grandparent's breakfast last Friday and since my dad was already babysitting....he took Wyatt along as well. After giving the kids 4 cinnamon rolls each and a few cups of juice later...someone finally told my dad to leave some for everybody else ;) Thanks Dad for being so awesome!

As you can tell, Eeyore pretty much goes everywhere with Wyatt. The other day Wyatt said, "Mom, Eeyore said sh*t!" Eeyore goes "potty", carries grocery bags, makes me tickle his arm and sometimes bugs Wyatt because he doesn't share. Yesterday we had a close call and almost lost Eeyore for good. Now I'm not gonna lie...I was a little scared. But Eeyore is a survivor and made it back to us. A kid at the babysitter's house threw him over the neighbor's fence (who weren't home) and their dogs took him into their house through the doggie door. Whew, good thing that guy's back safe.
