I KNOW!!!

I haven't blogged for a while...BUT I have really good reasons. Promise. First of all: I do stuff. Like in real life world. Second: this is my 98th post and that means my 100th post is coming up and I don't know what to do for it. I have had some ideas...but since I'm trying to calm down on the controversy of my blog... hee hee...I think I better find something a little more....you know. Any ideas???????

Until then, I'm just gonna post on this same post FOREVER. So let's begin.

I bought this necklace twice...and broke it twice...never even wore it. Sucky.

Haircuts for the boys. Jenna is the bestest. Wyatt is still as cheerful as ever and told us all how much he LOVES to get his hair cut.

Making pies at the Duke's for Thanksgiving. Robin & Dwayne are so great at finding one-on-one moments with their grandkids.

Kickin it at the lake on Zach's boat...I love Las Vegas and how warm it is year round. Happy Birthday WYATT on November 28th! (It was Emily's birthday too....so I gotta give a shout out to her!) How great are the birthday eggos for Wyatt! If you know him, you know what I'm talkin about. To bad he destroyed the crown I made for Connor's birthday or he could have wore it too. Oh well...

Wyatt Jay Duke

Born November 28th 2004 in Timpanogous hospital, Orem UT. Started at 11:05am and born 12:08pm with a bruised face and all. I will always remember your birth and how it felt like a train ran over me.

What a funny boy you are with your shyness you show the world...but your goofiness and hilarious personality you share with only those you choose. You crack us up!

I love how you can hit a baseball so good...and how you can joke around, shake your booty and still hit it!

I love how you say THANK YOU and NO THANK YOU without being reminded.

I love how you are round and look like a big circle. Your round eyes, lips, nose, cheeks, belly....HEAD! I love it all and I want to squish you! You will grow out of it soon and I will be so sad.

I love how some of your clothes are cut so they can go over your head.

I love that you are a teaser. I wonder where you get it from....

I love how you can stick your lips out like crazy when you are mad. I don't love that you get mad.

I don't love that you love sugar so much, but it sure makes me smile that you are always lookin for a snack....anyone handing out cake? or cupcakes? or ice cream? Waytt is there and will be the last one at the table.

I've been tagged

but I don't really have anything interesting to put. I'm trying to think of stuff you guys don't already know about me. That's a toughy.

1. I drank bleach when I was a kid. It was an accident I promise. Poison control told me I had to drink a ton of milk to dilute it.

2. I think I've watched all of the episodes of the Cosby Show. I used to be in love with it, but now I've seen them all and I'm getting over it.

3. I am a jack of all trades, but master of none. I like to try pretty much everything- scuba diving, snowboarding, 4 wheeling, wake boarding, soccer, running - but I'm not really good at anything. I'm totally OK with that....kinda...sort of. Man, I want to be good!

4. I once called the Palomino Club when I was in the 3rd grade because I was doing a report on Palominos. For those of you who don't know.....that was some gentleman's club or something. Where was my MOM for heaven's sake when I was doing this!?

5. I totally scrubbed the toilet with Justin's toothbrush when he stayed at the Duke's house. I'm going down for admitting this, I'm sure.

6. Ok this is it. Before I had my volvo I had this crappy car that would break down all the time and had rust on the side of it. And a missing hub cap. I had Connor and was pregnant with Wyatt. I wanted to be on Pimp My Ride so bad! Wouldn't that have been funny!

TODAY

was so much fun! We went to the William's landfill/ranch. It's on the way to Alamo and they have a little pond out there, horses and plenty of room (and dirt) for the kids to have a great time. We rode the rangers and drove 4 wheelers and had a blast. The Stones, Nashes & Iversons went and we had 13 kids between all of us. I pretty much had to strip the boys down to bring them home they were so dirty. I really want to get one of those little 4 wheelers...............

Catchin Up

I've been having some trouble downloading my pictures, but I think I have things figured out....
I hardly took any Halloween pictures because I wasn't feeling well and Wyatt wasn't cooperating, but I think Lindsay Stone is still going to send me some that she took. I loved Wyatt's awesome shiny rock star pants.

I really loved the FISH the boys "won" and brought home from the party. It was dead the next morning. It could have been the corn flake I fed it.

Wyatt got a hold of a pen while I was driving in the car. I remember going through the exact same things with Connor around this age. I'm driving in the car...it's nice and quiet and I think, "Wow, this is so great. No fighting or whining." Why haven't I learned that's too good to be true. That just usually means that someone is coloring themselves thoroughly with a pen or coloring all over the upholstery with chalk or putting gum on the window. I should really learn my lesson.

No one is bleeding though, so I'm still not too worried.

Yesterday

the boys were driving me crazy. They were fighting and whining and when I asked Connor to do something...he was talking so rude. Needless to say, Connor spent a good deal of time on his bed and Wyatt in his crib in time out.

At dinner, Connor wanted to say the prayer and he said, "Please bless us to have gooder attitudes. " He told me he was sorry and gave me a big hug.

Every once in a while, good little moments happen and I love it.
